Program description
Avalon Team operates a two-way conversational text messaging service. Users of our Roy application assign a phone number to an AI assistant and then exchange text messages with that assistant. Every conversation is initiated by the user: the assistant replies only to numbers that have messaged it first. We do not send marketing, promotional, or unsolicited messages through this program.
Consent
By assigning a phone number to an AI assistant and confirming consent in the Roy application, and by sending a text message to an assistant, you agree to receive text messages from Avalon Team at that mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on how often you message the assistant. You will generally receive one reply for each message you send.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Avalon Team does not charge for the messages themselves; charges from your mobile carrier are your responsibility. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
Opting out
You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent to that number. To resume messaging, reply START or send a new message to the assistant.

Supported carriers and delivery
Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Not all mobile devices or carriers may support this service.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The revised terms take effect when posted on this page.
